Attention Local Crewe

Yes, I know it's still a week before Thanksgiving, but that week tends to slip by fairly quickly, and before you know it, Christmas and Yule and such things will be upon us.

I'm posting this now to invite:
-any of you who are NOT going home/away for Christmas this year, to join our celebration. My parents and my aunt will be visiting from Mexico and Connecticut, respectively, and we generally do a foofy dinner on Christmas Eve and Brunch on Christmas Day. Any and all of you are invited to come join both.

I'm also wondering if anyone's interested in:

-seeing The Nutcracker as performed by BalletSanJose/Silicon Valley

-a group excursion to the Dickens Fair

-seeing A Christmas Carol at ACT in San Francisco

-seeing Stars on Ice here in town on January 11th.

I'm further wondering if it might not be a nice idea for all of us to get together and adopt a family for Christmas. Thoughts?

My thoughts on this:
I hate the word 'suave', and I think 'careful and cautious' would be more apt, for me anyway, if it was translated as 'guarded,' which I am. And then the “loves to be led” and “loves to make friends” sections: the first, I don't love, but will do when the situation requires it, the second, I do love, I just suck at it. And self-evaluations are my weakest point.

We'd talked some about hanging at my place on Friday evening, so I can be home to scare greet trick-or-treaters, and so that we can have PumpkinFest out on the Patio.

The feed for MochaChai isn't communicating properly. I know what the change should be, and emailed the support folks with it.

I hate that you can't manage feeds that you create.

So, I've moved my personal blog to a new directory, which means a new link. I've moved my NaNoWriMo project to the OLD blog directory.

This changes RSS feeds in this manner:

is new blog feed.

Feel free to add/delete either to your friends list at will – and as a reminder, I pretty much only post to the blog, not here – not real stuff anyway.
