But since this book, this story, is a memoir, I won’t talk more about the events, but rather the way author Babette Fraser Hale has chosen to present them, which she has done beautifully.
Overall, Invitation to Italy is a satisfying summer read, with great characters and a fabulous setting. Goes well with: grilled calamari and prosecco.
At only 193 pages, Shadow of the Witch is a fast read, but a meaty one, and the perfect companion on a rainy weekend.
Overall, this is a deeply satisfying novel with excellent characters and rich storytelling.
From the first page to the last, this book is a tender, honest, period piece that shows the real meaning of “chosen family” and the strength behind such creations.

Love the new layout, BTW!
That trailer was great, The doggies were so cute. That would seem like a wonderful movie for the kids. Great quality this youtube video has too ..it very clear….and loaded very fast.
